Aman, a top-tier luxury hotel group, has reintroduced their "Sister Brand" as Janu Hotel and will inaugurate their first property in Tokyo in 2023. The Janu Tokyo is situated in the Kamiyacho district's Azabudai Hills, spanning 13 floors and featuring 122 generously proportioned guest rooms. Developed and operated by Mori Building Co., Azabudai Hills is an 8.1-hectare complex in the heart of the city.
The Janu Hotel Tokyo, a project three decades in the making, is situated in the District Tower B-2 designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners and features interiors crafted by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects, a long-time partner of Safe. The hotel's contemporary urban residence concept exudes a range of luxurious and exclusive impressions, in line with the "Safe Hotel" philosophy, which aims to provide each guest with a fresh and exceptional experience.
Aman first revealed plans for the Janu Hotel Tokyo in 2020, highlighting its focus on culinary, art, design, and service to offer the finest hospitality to all guests. The future holds promise, as six additional Janu Hotels in various countries are in the pipeline and scheduled to open in stages.

The Janu Tokyo boasts 122 guest rooms that are bathed in natural light, with many featuring private balconies that offer stunning vistas of Tokyo Tower and its enchanting surroundings. Additionally, the hotel will feature one of the most expansive health and wellness facilities of any luxury hotel in Tokyo, spanning over 4,000 square meters and known as The Janu Wellness Centre. Visitors can take advantage of five movement studios that offer spinning, boxing, yoga, Pilates, and simulated golf training.
