Tokyo Banana KitKat Wrapped in Gold

This special edition wrapped in gold aims to provide moral support for Japan's national athletes at the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

KitKat in collaboration with Tokyo Banana launched a new flavor, namely Gold Caramel Tokyo Banana. As the name suggests, this new KitKat flavor will be packaged in a glossy gold case. This gold wrap aims to provide moral support for Japan's national athletes at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Comes in a yellow gold box that says Gold Tokyo Banana KitKat which contains 8 or 15 KitKat chocolates. When the package is unwrapped, it contains a KitKat wafer stamped with the Tokyo Banana logo which is caramelized on the outside and inside, mixed with Tokyo Banana's signature banana flavour. Hmmm, delicious......

KitKat Gold Caramel Tokyo Banana is currently available exclusively at Tokyo Okashi Land at Tokyo Station until January 8, 2020. After that, the chocolates will be available in other locations: airports, train stations and other tourist spots. Boxes of 8 and 15 will sell for $6 and $12 USD (IDR 85K and 170K).
