Australian airline Qantas has teamed up with tour company Antarctica Flights for a package trip around the Antarctica continent.
The journey starts from a city in Australia on a Qantas plane that will fly around the Antarctica continent. The average flight duration is 12.5 hours (depending on the city of departure). About a four hour flight to Antarctica, four hours around Antarctica, and the remaining four hours on the return journey. This flight did not land on the continent of Antarctica.
Flights are scheduled to start in November on a specific date and depart from a different city: Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, or Adelaide. The full schedule can be found on the website Antartica Flights.
During the trip, participants will get two free meals, snacks, drinks, and bar service.
