Location and Route to Rangko Cave

Rangko Cave is located on Gusung Island, Rangko Village, Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency, Labuan Bajo, NTT. To reach this cave, visitors need to travel for about 30 minutes from the center of Labuan Bajo to Rangko Pier.

From the pier, tourists will cross by boat for 10-15 minutes. This access adds to the exciting adventure of Rangko Cave, creating a unique and exotic experience for tourists.

Opening Hours and Ticket Prices

Rangko Cave is open 24 hours a day, giving visitors the flexibility to enjoy the tour at any time. Although open 24 hours, the best time to visit is during the day so that sunlight can enter and create beautiful reflections inside the cave.

The entrance ticket price for local tourists is 20.000 IDR, while for foreign tourists it is 50.000 IDR. In addition to the entrance ticket, visitors must prepare a boat rental fee, which ranges from 200.000 IDR to 300.000 IDR depending on the number of passengers.

The main attraction of Rangko Cave is the natural blue saltwater pool inside the cave, with a depth of around 6-7 meters. This pool is calm and clear, providing a comfortable and refreshing swimming experience.

During the day, sunlight enters through the gaps in the cave and reflects on the water's surface, creating a beautiful blue color. This view gives an exotic impression rarely found elsewhere, making Rangko Cave a unique natural tourist destination in Labuan Bajo.
