In terms of technology, the hotel will soon introduce smart robots that provide housekeeping and luggage delivery services to guest rooms. The hotel will also provide an automatic check-in kiosk in the lobby for easy check-in during peak hours and a smart room that can be controlled automatically by guests via remote.
