To get to Kartika Island from Kendari City, visitors can use motorcycle or car to travel to the ferry port in Wawatu Village in the North Moramo District. The distance is about 45 minutes by car. From the port, you can take a boat to Kartika Island, which takes about 15 minutes.

Kartika Island is located in the North Moramo District of South Konawe Regency in Southeast Sulawesi, between Lara Island and Senja Island. It is a small island with a short coastline compared to other large islands.
The sea water around Kartika Island is crystal clear, allowing you to see fish and a variety of beautiful marine ecosystems without the use of tools. The back of the island features a collection of tall, solid karst stones that form a circle, resembling a pool of sea water when viewed from above.

What is the entrance fee for Kartika Island? The cost of the entrance ticket is unknown, but you may need to rent a boat for IDR 500,000-IDR 750,000 round trip to reach the island. The tour is open 24 hours, but boats are only able to access the island in the morning during low tide and return in the afternoon.
