Mr. Kyuu makes this giant gyoza at his depot, Sou-san No Mise, in the Shibuya area, Tokyo. He created a secret recipe by combining Japanese and Chinese techniques to prepare this gyoza. This gyoza is made from a flour wrap filled with meat and vegetables.
First, he makes flour for gyoza wrappers by grinding flour, while preparing the contents of this dumpling, which is minced meat and chopped vegetables, mixed evenly.
After the wrapper is ready, Mr. Kyuu filled it with a gyoza filling made of meat and vegetables. After that he closed the package neatly, to be boiled.
