Another Mask Design for Garuda Indonesia Airplane

Previously, it is wearing Batik Parang pattern. Now we also have Barong Bali, Candi Borobudur, Komodo, and volcanoes inspired design.

Here’s another Garuda Indonesia airplane seen wearing a mask. This time, the Garuda Indonesia aircraft, a Boeing 737-800NG, is designed to use a mask themed Indonesia Pride, designed by Mr. Jaelani Sidik. This design showcases various kinds of Indonesian culture and tourism places, including: Barong Bali, Borobudur Temple, Komodo dragons and volcanoes.

The inaugural flight of the aircraft with the new livery mask was carried out on October 14 for the Jakarta-Makassar-Jayapura route. Previously, Garuda Indonesia aircraft type A330-900neo was designed to use a plain blue mask.

The winner of this design competition, Mr. Jaelani Sidik was awarded a free round-trip ticket for business class for domestic routes, handed over directly by the CEO of Garuda Indonesia, Mr. Irfan Setiaputra.
