Before opening in Blok M, Mack's Creamery often collaborated with bazaars in Jakarta. They have opened pop-up stores several times at Brightspot, Semasa Piknik, and Market & Museum.

Interestingly, Mack's Creamery ice cream is served uniquely. Instead of a cone or plastic cup, Mack's Creamery uses a fairly large silver-colored glass.
