In the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, everyone has their own way of self-isolation. The King of Thailand, Maha Vajiralongkorn, was reported by the German newspaper, Bild, to have chosen to isolate himself by flying to Germany and renting a luxury hotel with 20 of his mistresses.
King Maha Vajiralongkorn is self-isolating at Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl . This 4-star hotel is 24.6 km from Linderhof Palace, 1.5 km from Aschenbrenner Museum and 15 minutes from Garmisch-Partenkirchen Ski Resort and Ettal Monastery.
The king, who holds the title Rama X, booked all the rooms at the Grand Hotel Sonnenbichl. German officials gave this hotel special permission to operate because previously the German government had issued a regulation that all resorts should be closed amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
King Vajiralongkorn was seen strolling around the Grand Sonnenbichl Hotel with his mistresses. This hotel is located at the foot of the Alps which offers a beautiful panorama of the snow-capped mountains.
