Hong Kong's famous bakery, Hang Heung opened its first overseas branch, in Singapore. This branch is located at the Ion Orchard shopping mall, floors B4-33.

Hang Heung bakery was founded in 1920 in the Yuen Long area, Hong Kong, and now has eight branches in Hong Kong. This bakery offers more than 100 types of cakes and bread, including traditional Chinese cakes, spring rolls, and moon cakes.

The most famous cake is the wife cake, a traditional Cantonese cake filled with winter melon jam with crispy skin.
