First, make sure you have a valid Chinese passport and visa. Then, book a tour through the Tesla website. Tours are available Monday-Friday and must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
When you arrive at the factory, please check in at the security desk located in the main lobby. You must present your passport and tour confirmation email. From there, you will be directed to a waiting room where your tour guide will meet you.
The tour will last about two hours and will take you through several areas of the factory, including the assembly line where Tesla cars are made. You'll also see the battery pack production line and learn about how Tesla batteries are made.
