While attending a historic meeting with the President of the United States, Donald Trump in Singapore, Kim Jong Un, chose to stay in St. Regis Singapore, one of the most luxurious hotels in the Orchard Road area which is a shopping center and department store in the Lion country.

St. Regis Singapore has 299 rooms and suites - each with crystal chandeliers and original artwork. Kim Jong Un lives in St. The Regis Presidential Suite measures 335 square meters and is located on the top floor of the hotel. As the hotel's most luxurious room, it is filled with hand-painted silk panels, a baby grand piano and original works by renowned artists including Marc Chagall. In addition to the master bedroom, there is a living room, dining room, office and private gym.

The hotel also has some incredible works of art on display in its public spaces, which are said to be worth S$10 million. These include Chen Ke Zhan's ink painting "Golden Landscape", sculptures and paintings by Pablo Picasso, Frank Gehry, Chua Ek Kay, Li Chen, Fernando Botero and works by local artist Georgette Chen.
