Ning Art Space is located in Kalangan, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This art gallery is open from 10:00-17:00 WIB.

Ning Art Space was founded by a talented artist from Bali, Suanjaya Kencut, with his wife Indra Dewi A. The hope is that this gallery can be a place for artists in Yogyakarta to share knowledge and create art.

Ning Art Space's name comes from the word "Ning", which in Balinese means clear water in a quiet atmosphere. Meanwhile, from a religious perspective, the sound "ning" signifies a calm ambiance to start praying.

Ning Art Space is an art gallery that recently opened in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This gallery has a modern-style building that is distinctive with its terracotta color.

Because it is newly opened, tickets to Ning Art Space are still free for now. To enliven its opening, they are holding an exhibition entitled "Bancak" from July 5 to August 4, 2024.

Bancak exhibition was designed by senior Indonesian architect Ary Indra. The meaning of this exhibition contains a spiritual philosophy that aims to celebrate achievement and accept failure.

In Bancak exhibition, Ning Art Space curated 22 of the best works from 15 artists. Starting from paintings, video installations, ceramics, to mixed media.
