Illumi Singapore 2024: Transforming Marina Bay with 20 Million LED Lights and 9 Themed Worlds

There’s something truly special about exploring the city when a light festival takes over. This year, from September 13th to December 8th, 2024, Marina Bay will be transformed into a gleaming utopia through Illumi Singapore 2024. Illumi is a light show originating from Canada, first dazzling visitors in Montreal back in 2019. Now, this festival is finally going global, with its first international stop right here in Singapore. With 20 million LED lights, Illumi Singapore will light up the Bayfront Event Ground, creating stunning visuals that will beautifully illuminate Singapore’s iconic skyline.

Transport yourself to Illumi’s homeland of Canada, featuring glowing maple leaves and sweet treats from the Sugar Shack.

Standing at a whopping 47 meters, the Illumi Tree is a giant installation that’s sure to be an Instagram favorite. Don’t forget to take a magical ride on the nearby Carousel.

The Tunnel of Colours is a romantic spot, perfect for couples, while the Wall of Light offers a photogenic backdrop with curtains of light shaped like snowflakes.

Animal lovers will adore the Puppies and Kitties area, while the brave can explore Jurassic Kingdom, filled with lifelike animatronic dinosaurs.

Although we can’t experience the cold winter winds in Singapore, the Infinite Poles exhibition will transport you to a wintry world with bedazzled penguins and polar bears.

Tickets are already available for purchase on Tremtix and Pelago, starting from $25 for adults and $15 for kids aged 2 to 12. DBS or POSB card members can also enjoy a 20% discount on early bird tickets if booked before August 31st, 2024.
