About Nobu
Nobu Restaurant was founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and producer Meir Teper.
The chef, known for blending traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian ingredients, now owns around 50 restaurants worldwide.
A mix of Japanese and Peruvian may not sound like the most obvious cooking idea, but it works! Nobu proves it every day in 47 restaurants around the world and now, for the first time, in Singapore.
Classically trained sushi chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his unique food brand embodying Japanese techniques and South American influences to Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. The 'Nobu style' as it is called combines traditional cuisine from its home country with ingredients from Latin America.
Eating at Nobu in America costs hundreds of US dollars (millions in Rupiah), and of course this price will also be the price you are expected to pay in Singapore too.
