Comfort Town Housing Ukraine
Comfort Town Housing is built following the block development principle, evident in its layout and building silhouettes.
It can be said that the complex is comfortable for its residents. One of the main factors is the pedestrian-friendly pathways and courtyards for seating and children's play areas. Motor vehicles cannot pass through the courtyard areas, except in emergencies.
Interestingly, despite the limited budget used to build the housing, the architects were able to create harmonious and beautiful buildings. One notable aspect is the French balcony concept that adds variety and prevents monotony.
