Of course, this always seems like a fairy tale, but this time Airbnb wants to make your wildest dreams come true by making Winnie The Pooh's house a reality as ' Bearbnb,' was created in collaboration with Disney to celebrate the bear's 95th birthday.
This comfortable, life-sized replica of Winnie Pooh's treehouse will be located in Ashdown Forest — located about 30 miles south of London in the East Sussex area — and large enough to accommodate up to four guests.
Fans of the charming characters and their adventures will be guided by Disney's own Winnie the Pooh illustrator, Kim Raymond, who has also been the artist behind animation for over 30 years.
Here, he uses details from the work of E.H. Shepard for recreating real-life homes, from bright red doors and acorn-covered wallpaper to the famous rocking chair. The double bed will be accompanied by a single bed accessed via a wooden staircase, so you can take a nap at your convenience, just like Pooh did.
Guests will also be taken on a guided tour through the original Hundred Acre Wood, play Poohsticks on the iconic Poohsticks Bridge, and enjoy locally inspired food.
"I have been illustrating Winnie the Pooh for thirty years, and I continue to be inspired by E.H. Shepard and more recent Disney stories. 'Airbnb' is a unique experience that brings Pooh's charm to life for fans while honoring the original adventure that was so important to many for 95 years," said Raymond.
